Last night I looked through my bird book and was going to tell you that you had a house sparrow and to do whatever you wanted with it because it's invasive.

But now that I've seen the eggs, I'm thinking it's a house finch (not that I know anything).

I love her smug little smile. I can't believe how she's filled out. What a doll!

The bird eggs are beautiful. I know the birds can be messy but I'd hate to move it too. Grandma Stafford had birds nest in her hanging baskets too.
